The first milestone in our longstanding chocolate-making story, our Baci are made with an exquisite mixture of dark chocolate with 65% cocoa solids, and Piedmontese hazelnuts from the Langhe, toasted according to our ancient recipe and coarsely crushed.

The tasting includes samples of five different types of chocolates, a single-origin chocolate and a single-origin coca solid, paired with a special Amaro liqueur made from mountain herbs. The session lasts approximately half an hour.
