The first milestone in our longstanding chocolate-making story, our Baci are made with an exquisite mixture of dark chocolate with 65% cocoa solids, and Piedmontese hazelnuts from the Langhe, toasted according to our ancient recipe and coarsely crushed.
These are the simple ingredients of Barbero Baci di Cherasco®, whose rich flavour of bygone days distinguishes them from the crowd.
The ancient recipe, careful selection of raw ingredients and traditional technique for crushing the hazelnuts are the same as for the original Baci di Cherasco® in 1881, in which pure cocoa solids unite and guard their sweet secret.
